More than 10 years ago, when Pastors Kirbyjon and Suzette Caldwell were simply looking for a small piece of land to build a place to pray, the Spirit of God led them to far more land than The Prayer Institute thought they needed.
Precise prayers were written using The Model Prayer as a guide by a small group of believers who prayed for God’s perfect will to be done. As a result, 234 acres of land were purchased and developed. Not only does God want to touch the life of the individual, He wants to change a community as well.
- Today, from those prayers, a community has been developed that consists of:
- A 462-home subdivision called Corinthian Pointe;
- A commercial park that included McDonalds, Walgreens, CVS, AutoZone, Taco Bell, Texas Children’s Pediatrics Associates, TSO Eye Center, ABC Dental, Divine Closet; and
- A YMCA, Elementary School, Family Life Center and a Senior Independent Living Community.

Because of the ongoing work of The Prayer Institute Team:
